RACINEkids.com "Support Racine Area Schools" Event will consist of a 3 or 7 Mile Fun Run/Walk and a 15 Mile Bike Ride The Event organizers reserve the right to postpone, cancel or modify the event due to weather or other factors beyond the control of the sponsors which might affect the health or safety of the participants.   REQUIREMENTS 1. All entrants must be 14 years of ageunless accompanied by a parent or guardian. 2. Certified biking helmets MUST be strapped and worn throughout the Biking event.   REGISTRATION INFORMATION Registration forms must be completed 2 weeks prior to the event dates. Additional forms can be obtained from your school or online at: www.RACINEkids.com.   PARTICIPANT PACK Pick up at Check-in on Event Day Only. AD-vantage requires each participant to submit their pledge sheets on the day of and prior to participating in each event.   FEES: 5k / 10k Mile Fun Run/Walk........................INDIVIDUALS:$15.00 ($20.00 the day of the event) 10k  Bike Ride for our Schools.................INDIVIDUALS: $15.00 ($20.00 the day of the event)   Entry deadline 2 weeks prior to each event. Event day registrations will be accepted but shirts and other promotional items will only be provided to those who register in advance. No refunds.   Registration Fees should be Mailed to: AD-vantage Promotions, 4124 Mona Park Road, Racine, WI 53405 You may also make payments online   Entry will NOT be accepted without signed waiver (By Parent or Guardian of Minors).   Participants in the RACINEkids.com will be required to waive and release any and all claims and damages against AD-vantage Events, LLC d.b.a.  Plan Ahead Events and all participating sponsors and supporters for all claims, suits of law or equity for any injury, fatal or otherwise, which may result directly or indirectly traveling to or from, or participation in said events. Participants also must agree that the above mentioned organization shall not be responsible for any loss or losses of personal property which might occur while traveling to or from, or participating in the events. Participants (Parents or Guardians) will be required to authorize any licensed physician, EMT, or hospital to treat the minor named herein for the purpose of treatment of injuries from the RACINEkids.com Events.     Parental participation is required for all children under the age of 14. Beverages will be provided, and each participant will receive a T-shirt & Water Bottle by participating.
